Alexander C. Candelario is a former Marine Officer and the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Intiva Group a group composed of companies in manufacturing, software, healthcare and aviation. Alexander has a deep expertise in business operations and M&A. He is the founder of a practice management group. He also manages and owns Cimarron Vineyards in Napa, CA. He holds an accounting degree from Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Finance from Harvard.


Growth-oriented executive with cross-functional leadership experience in sales, marketing, and operations. Proven ability to lead through integration and drive a customer-focused, solution-based culture. Experienced in healthcare, IT, IDNs, health systems, and contract manufacturing. Skilled in consultative sales, healthcare strategy, and nutraceutical formulation. Active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Shawn has over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, from direct patient care to administration. He uses his multifaceted skill set to drive implementation and integration, as well as research and product development. Shawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from Texas State University.

Garry oversees the project management, financial planning, and administrative activities of the Company. He obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. He has over 7 years of experience managing licensed medical professionals in anesthesia, emergency medicine, and private practice settings.
As Chief People Officer, Violet Navar leads the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures while overseeing employee relations, engagement, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with senior leadership to address strategic workforce needs, including talent acquisition, development, and retention. Violet also provides guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters, helping to foster a strong, people-first culture across the organization.

Xuechun serves as in-house counsel for the company since 2023, providing legal guidance on corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and risk management for business units. She earned her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University and is licensed to practice law in both D.C. and Texas. With over four years of experience as in-house counsel, she continues to advise on a broad range of legal issues impacting the organization’s operations and strategic initiatives.
Vittorio Migliuolo is an experienced corporate attorney with a demonstrated history of working with startups as both in-house and outside counsel. Prior to joining Intiva Health, Vittorio maintained a general law practice that primarily served entrepreneurs and their businesses and also worked closely with various life sciences, sustainability, and other deep technology startups in support of their technology transfer and commercialization goals. Vittorio earned a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Samuel Broberg is an experienced accountant with a strong background in financial management. Before joining Intiva Health, Samuel oversaw accounting operations for a company specializing in construction and real estate management. He holds both a B.S. and an MBA from Oregon State University.
